📋 Description

• Deeply understand users, their problems, workflows, and jobs-to-be-done • Own and lead the design process from discovery to delivery • Make key decisions on solution direction and details • Drive the strategic direction of the domain in partnership with Product and Engineering • Forecast the impact of solutions on users • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a clear, consistent, and high-quality user experience • Balance cutting-edge AI technology with patient safety and accuracy across user-facing and backend experiences • Define and own user satisfaction and usability metrics • Mentor other designers and lead design critiques • Drive initiatives improving design culture, tools, and processes

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience designing and shipping complex, web-based products in a cross-functional team • A strong portfolio demonstrating ability to navigate ambiguous problem spaces, from research and strategy through to polished, human-centered user experiences • Portfolio strengths in UX, UI, and visual design • Proven experience leading and executing a variety of user research methods • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of building strong partnerships with Product and Engineering • Experience designing for complex workflows • Experience in healthcare or with AI-powered experiences is a strong plus
