📋 Description

• Deeply understand our users — their problems, workflows, and jobs-to-be-done • Own and lead the design process from discovery to delivery • Drive the strategic direction of your domain in partnership with Product and Engineering • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a clear, consistent, and high-quality user experience • Define and own the user satisfaction and usability metrics for your solutions • Be a leader on the design team by mentoring other designers

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience designing and shipping complex, web-based products in a cross-functional team • A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to navigate ambiguous problem spaces, from research and strategy through to polished, human-centered user experiences • Proven experience in leading and executing a variety of user research methods • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Experience in designing for complex workflows; experience in healthcare or with AI-powered experiences is a strong plus
