📋 Description

• Manage and grow assigned independent dealer accounts by developing and executing sales strategies • Serve as the primary field representative for Electrolux, Frigidaire, and Vintec brands • Ensure strong brand visibility and execution at retail locations • Deliver product training and sales enablement programs for retail sales associates • Partner with Key District Managers on regional go-to-market strategies and key account initiatives • Collaborate with merchandising teams on promotional programs • Improve point-of-sale performance, product availability, customer satisfaction, and operational effectiveness • Monitor and manage open orders, inventory challenges, and fulfillment issues • Prepare and deliver business reviews, sales presentations, and recommendations • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and dealer stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• High School or GED • 3+ years of sales, account management, retail operations, or related customer-facing experience • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and deliver results in a retail or sales environment • Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities • Ability to travel extensively throughout Southern California and spend significant time in the field supporting customers • Visa sponsorship is unavailable for this position
