📋 Description

• Successfully complete the required basic training. • Learn the activities and tasks associated with the role. • Work under direct supervision. • Rely on co-workers, specialists, and managers for instruction, guidance, and direction on non-basic issues. • Code and process claims forms for payment, ensuring all information is supplied before eligible payments are made. • Research and analyze claims issues. • Have work reviewed for technical accuracy and soundness.

🎯 Requirements

• Requires HS diploma or equivalent and related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. • Must pass the appropriate pre-employment test battery. • Good oral and written communication skills strongly preferred. • Previous experience using PC, database system, and related software (word processing, spreadsheets, etc.) strongly preferred. • Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance from the posting location(s), unless accommodation is granted as required by law. • Candidates in certain patient/member-facing roles must become vaccinated against COVID-19 and Influenza, unless an acceptable explanation is provided.
