📋 Description

• Oversee automated daily and monthly enrollment file updates • Manage the member reconciliation process for assigned markets • Resolve complex enrollment issues • Provide process oversight to Enrollment Analysts regarding enrollment processes for assigned markets • Serve as Subject Matter Expert for Enrollment Operations in assigned markets • Monitor market-specific Service Level Agreements against contractual requirements • Escalate issues to management as needed • Interface with state agencies, Health Plans, and internal departments to investigate and resolve complex enrollment issues • Participate in market meetings and audits • Provide market-specific details regarding enrollment load and reconciliation processing

🎯 Requirements

• AA/AS in Information Systems, Health Care Management, Business, or related field, and minimum of 3 years of experience in an analytical role including a minimum of 1 year as an enrollment analyst; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook • Strong email communication and customer service skills • Ability to manage inquiries and collaborate with multiple departments • Familiarity with GBD Facets is an advantage but not required • Ability to learn production tools, systems, and processes quickly • Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance from the posting location(s), unless accommodation is granted as required by law • Certain patient/member-facing roles require COVID-19 and Influenza vaccination unless an acceptable explanation is provided
