📋 Description

• Collaborate with enterprise strategy team members and leadership in developing and executing strategy projects • Identify, prioritize, and select strategic initiatives • Manage mid-level projects crossing multiple business units • Problem-solve difficult challenges with known and unknown solutions • Perform advanced analyses with short- and long-term views • Interpret research and intelligence to identify growth opportunities • Provide recommendations to senior management • Demonstrate thought leadership and team engagement • Provide engagement and project oversight • Establish and report on key metrics and measurements • Provide general status updates and identify innovation opportunities • Facilitate large cross-functional working sessions and meetings • Align strategy and planning • Provide Continuous Improvement coaching and mentoring to team members

🎯 Requirements

• Requires a BA/BS in related field • Minimum of 3 years of experience in management consulting, change management, large scale project management and/or process improvement leadership • Healthcare experience preferred • Management consulting or corporate strategy experience preferred • Excellent research skills with experience in market and company analysis preferred • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills preferred • Demonstrated project management skills strongly preferred • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment • Ability to travel may be required • Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance from a posting location unless an accommodation is granted as required by law
