📋 Description

• Own product initiatives from discovery through launch, including scope, priorities, tradeoffs, and outcomes • Build deep understanding of customers, workflows, and business problems • Partner with Sales, Customer Experience, and Marketing to gather insights, align priorities, and identify opportunities • Translate customer needs, business goals, and product data into priorities and actionable plans • Collaborate with Design and Engineering to evaluate solutions and deliver high-quality experiences • Define success metrics and remain accountable for customer and business outcomes • Use AI for rapid prototyping, documentation, research synthesis, and workflow automation • Independently own meaningful areas of the product roadmap and drive measurable outcomes • Deliver improvements that increase adoption, engagement, customer value, and business performance • Establish feedback loops across customers and cross-functional teams • Build repeatable AI-powered workflows to improve team efficiency and shipping speed • Drive clarity, alignment, and business impact across complex product decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 5+ years of product management experience • Experience ideally building customer-facing software or B2B SaaS products • Experience independently owning product initiatives from discovery through launch and measuring outcomes • Ability to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints • Demonstrated measurable business impact through shipped products or features • Cross-functional experience with Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, Design, and Engineering • Experience conducting customer discovery and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative feedback • Experience defining success metrics, evaluating product performance, and guiding prioritization and iteration • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments • Strong AI fluency, including building functional prototypes, automating documentation and requirements, creating AI-powered workflows, accelerating research synthesis, and critically evaluating AI output • Experience with retail technology, e-commerce, CRM, mobile-first products, or AI-powered experiences is a plus, but not required • Must be available for the all-team standup every Monday at 8:00 AM Pacific • Visa sponsorship requirement must be disclosed in the application
