📋 Description

• Install retail fixtures, displays, décor packages, and millwork • Install wall panels, trim, doors, hardware, and accessories • Assist with framing, drywall, rough carpentry, and interior finishes • Measure, cut, assemble, and install construction materials • Load, unload, and organize materials and tools • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area • Learn to read plans, layouts, and project drawings • Safely operate hand tools and power tools • Support project teams in active retail environments • Work alongside experienced carpenters and foremen on retail construction projects

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of construction, carpentry, or related trade experience preferred • Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools • Willingness to learn carpentry and construction methods • Strong work ethic and positive attitude • Dependable and punctual • Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team • Reliable transportation • Ability to travel to project locations and stay up to 2 weeks at a time, as project schedules require • Commitment to jobsite safety and quality workmanship
