📋 Description

• Support complex commercial transactions across North America, including SaaS, licensing, and strategic partnerships • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, primarily GTM/Sales transactions in North America, including enterprise customer contracts • Partner with sales, business development, and operations teams on high-growth go-to-market strategies • Monitor and interpret legal and regulatory developments involving data protection, technology, and AI • Apply legal and regulatory knowledge to contract drafting and risk assessment • Develop, maintain, and localize contract templates, playbooks, and policies • Provide practical, commercially focused legal advice to cross-functional teams • Contribute to scaling the Legal Team’s commercial function and collaborative culture • Work with global colleagues across multiple jurisdictions

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. • Active membership in at least one U.S. State Bar (NY or CA preferred) • 6+ years of relevant post-qualification legal experience • In-house experience in technology or SaaS strongly preferred • Proven track record drafting and negotiating complex commercial and technology agreements • Strong knowledge of enterprise software licensing, SaaS, data protection, and intellectual property • Experience advising on privacy, cybersecurity, and cross-border data transfer issues • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills • Comfort in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and tight deadlines • Prior experience with heavily regulated industries is a plus • Must be able to work in the United States
