📋 Description

• Maintain continuous learning and technical expertise in dermatology and related therapeutic areas • Engage in scientific exchange and provide unbiased, accurate, up-to-date medical and scientific information • Conduct customer-facing activities with scientific and clinical experts • Connect scientific and clinical experts with Lilly resources and internal business partners • Facilitate collaborative research and external opportunities • Develop, implement, and evaluate strategic territory plans • Prioritize core MSL activities and take accountability for results • Coordinate compliantly with Lilly field roles sharing customers • Use territory analytics for customer identification and routing prioritization • Synthesize and communicate actionable customer and clinical insights to internal medical and cross-functional teams • Exercise judgment, escalate issues, cultivate internal networks, and collaborate across functions • Contribute to team goals and execute the role compliantly in accordance with requirements, procedures, and laws

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree in health sciences (e.g., PharmD, MD, PhD in a medically related field) required • 2-3 years of relevant clinical or therapeutic area experience desired • Masters or bachelor’s level degree in health sciences (e.g. BSN, RPh, PA, NP) considered if 5 or more years clinical, research or industry experience in relevant therapeutic area is present • Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • Ability to travel up to 80% • Ability to work up to 4 to 6 weekends a year • Applicants should reside within the assigned territory and have access to major air and rail transportation • Intellectual curiosity about science/medicine in dermatology • Learning agility to comprehend and communicate complex scientific content clearly and concisely • Self-directed, able to work alone in the field, and manage multiple priorities and projects • Advanced presentation and computer skills with expertise in literature identification • Strategic and critical thinking to analyze, assess, and evaluate information • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Ability to use field-based electronic or other communication tools • Resiliency in managing complex challenges • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, including emotional intelligence and professional relationship building and networking
