📋 Description

• Report to the Executive Director, US Medical Affairs, Oncology • Develop and execute Medical Affairs plans for marketed and in-development breast cancer products • Lead and direct a cross-functional Medical Affairs team • Provide strategic insight on the breast cancer treatment landscape to inform development programs and commercial opportunity assessment • Support internal development, sales, marketing, regulatory, and clinical colleagues • Resolve medical issues and own medical narratives, field materials, and training materials • Lead strategic partnerships with key opinion leaders and professional societies • Represent Medical Affairs through advisory boards, scientific meetings, and investigator interactions • Collaborate with development or alliance partners • Provide US priorities and insights for breast cancer research development plans and study design and execution • Align on analyses, evidence interpretation, and publication of pivotal-trial evidence • Support label development and indication negotiations • Manage medical strategy from launch through lifecycle • Partner with Commercial counterparts on brand plans • Participate in the Medical and Promotional Review committee • Partner on evidence-generation needs and study execution with HEOR, GV, and RWE • Act as breast cancer subject matter expert for cross-functional initiatives • Identify opportunities to enable the oncology care community to deliver care with Jazz assets

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of Medical Affairs or equivalent experience • Experience in the delivery of oncology care is preferred • Experience in the launch and lifecycle management of oncology indications in breast cancer is strongly desired • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority • Evidence of success in matrix organizations • Track record of high performing behaviors, including independent critical thinking, initiative, and execution under time pressure with competing priorities • Self-awareness and emotional intelligence demonstrated by prior experience navigating complex matrix environments successfully • An advanced degree is required: PhD, PharmD, MD, DO, Doctor of Nursing, or Physician’s Assistant
