• Oversee legal operations across the firm’s matters • Supervise and mentor attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff • Review pleadings and legal documents • Oversee case strategy • Monitor caseloads and deadlines • Provide guidance on complex legal issues • Collaborate with firm leadership on staffing, workflow, training, and performance management • Manage people, cases, deadlines, client expectations, and legal strategy
