📋 Description

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for US customers and the business development team • Bridge the gap between the product and customer needs while taking full ownership of customer-facing technical work • Train, guide, and coach customers and business partners for successful onboarding and ongoing platform usage • Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshoot complex issues through resolution with minimal oversight • Develop and maintain Python or Linux scripts and tools to automate processes and improve system integrations • Work closely with customers to maximize value from products through proactive support and best practices • Lead technical deployments, integrations, and field activities at customer sites when needed • Partner with sales to identify and drive technical opportunities throughout the sales cycle

🎯 Requirements

• Two years or more in customer-facing technical support or professional services in B2B • Experience working with military or defense organizations is advantageous • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPN, routing, NAT, etc.) • Experience working in Linux environments, including command line and scripting • Hands-on experience with Python for automation, integration, or data handling • Strong sense of ownership with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach • Strong communication skills and fluency in English • Willingness and ability to travel multiple times per month, including on short notice • Must be based in the United States; East Coast preferred • Valid US work authorization required
