📋 Description

• Provide clinical oversight for Behavior Services delivered through Home- and Community-Based Services (HCBS) programs • Review behavior service plans • Complete required plan reviews and signatures in accordance with applicable program requirements • Review and sign plans and complete required documentation within established timeframes

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified candidates must meet one of the following: Licensed Psychologist with an endorsement as a Health Service Provider in Psychology (HSPP); or at least 5 years of experience supervising BCs providing Behavioral Support Services (BSS) in HCBS settings and one of the following licenses: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) • Must be licensed and located in Indiana • Experience with Indiana Medicaid and HCBS programs preferred • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment • Ability to review and sign plans and complete required documentation within established timeframes
