📋 Description

• Deliver effective, efficient, and timely company services to multiple customers within an assigned geographic territory • Travel in a company van to various customer sites to maintain commercial properties • Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on buildings, equipment, and grounds • Conduct face-to-face customer interactions to meet client requirements • Apply multiple trade skills, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, and HVAC • Complete preventive maintenance and repairs according to work orders • Perform minor plumbing maintenance, including unclogging toilets and drains, repairing leaks, and replacing fixtures • Perform routine painting and carpentry work to maintain facilities in like-new condition • Perform minor electrical maintenance within state-law licensing limits • Complete service and asset inspections • Use tablets and smartphones to access and complete work orders, create service reports, submit inspection images and reports, timesheets, expense reports, and purchase card logs • Obtain materials and supplies needed for tasks • Maintain positive client relationships and communicate with customers and internal support teams • Complete required safety and compliance training and attend weekly safety meetings • Provide estimates for larger projects and services to onsite customers • Perform assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency maintenance, and preventive maintenance

🎯 Requirements

• HS diploma or Degree/Certification, or equivalent professional experience in Landscaping, Trades (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, etc), or Specialty Floor Care, preferred • Two (2) to Five (5) years mechanical experience, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry required; or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience • Related work experience in one or more building trades • Past background in landscape, janitorial, or construction-related services industries highly preferred • Must possess applicable certifications and licenses • Valid driver’s license in good standing • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, including safety policies and procedure manuals • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence • Ability to effectively present information in individual and small group situations • Ability to complete assigned work orders in a timely manner and communicate work order status • Ability to operate handheld devices and business systems or document management database software, including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Lotus Notes • Compliance with applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to building operations and work safety • Adequate knowledge of OSHA standards and Company safety policies • Experience installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing building mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems • Daily local travel between properties • Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 75 pounds • Ability to drive a company vehicle daily • Ability to use required safety equipment and comply with OSHA lock-out/tag-out and HAZCOM guidelines • Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm in front of customers
