• Analyze work order, asset, PM, vendor, SLA, financial, and operational data to identify trends, risks, outliers, and improvement opportunities • Develop dashboards, scorecards, summaries, and visual stories that translate complex data into actionable insights • Present findings to operations, account teams, leadership, and client stakeholders • Support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps, workflow inefficiencies, recurring issues, and standardization opportunities • Develop improvement plans, track progress, validate results, and communicate outcomes • Convert lessons learned into repeatable processes, tools, and reporting approaches • Evaluate asset performance, PM effectiveness, reactive work trends, repeat failures, emergency work volume, and bad actor assets • Support PM reviews, failure trend analysis, maintenance optimization, and repair-versus-replace recommendations • Apply foundational reliability principles to improve asset performance and maintenance decision-making • Partner with operations, maintenance, account leadership, vendors, finance, procurement, technology, and client stakeholders • Support KPI reporting, operational scorecards, business review materials, and account-level performance summaries • Perform special projects, account initiatives, data validation, and other duties as directed by Operations and CI&R leadership • Occasionally visit commercial properties, maintenance areas, construction areas, mechanical spaces, and customer sites
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Operations Management, Facilities Management, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education, technical training, and practical experience • 3–8 years of experience in continuous improvement, operational analytics, facilities management, maintenance operations, reliability, manufacturing, engineering support, business intelligence, or a related environment • Experience analyzing operational or maintenance-related data and converting findings into recommendations • Experience supporting process improvement, KPI reporting, dashboard development, or performance management activities • CMMS platform experience preferred; Corrigo, Maximo, FEXA, or similar system experience is desirable • Strong written and verbal command of the English language required • Must possess a valid driver’s license • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, data cleanup, Power Query, and trend analysis • Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools required or strongly preferred • Ability to develop dashboards, scorecards, charts, and business summaries that support data storytelling • Experience working with CMMS, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Power Platform tools preferred • Ability to interpret operational data, identify patterns, and communicate meaningful insights • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines • Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, spelling, grammar, and proofreading • Approximately 10%–25% business travel depending on project assignments and account support needs • Must follow safety requirements, customer site requirements, OSHA guidelines, and company policies; PPE may be required at operational sites
