📋 Description

• Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits • Ensure patient safety, protocol compliance, and data integrity • Review source data and study documentation • Support site activation and study conduct activities • Build relationships with investigators and site personnel • Contribute to recruitment and retention initiatives • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting according to company requirements • Escalate study risks and issues appropriately

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline • Minimum 2 years of on-site monitoring experience • Strong understanding of FDA regulations and ICH-GCP • Proven site management experience • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Ability to travel extensively throughout assigned regions • Experience in renal, nephrology, rare disease, cardiometabolic, or oncology studies preferred
