📋 Description

• Set up, operate, and shut down assigned equipment in accordance with established procedures • Perform basic programming and preventive maintenance tasks; maintain accurate logs and documentation • Ensure all products meet quality specifications and production schedules • Notify the Machine Group Leader of any quality issues or deviations • Profile Wave equipment to achieve proper reflow performance • Handle and dispose of dross from leaded and non-leaded solder in compliance with safety and environmental standards • Maintain fixtures and perform routine fixture maintenance • Replace materials in pressure pots for conformal coating processes • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following safety protocols and using appropriate protective equipment • Support cross-functional teams and assist in continuous improvement initiatives • Perform conformal coating and other production tasks as required

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment • Strong knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards and component identification • Ability to follow detailed written instructions and work with hand tools • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively • Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset and strong work ethic • Willingness to operate various machines as directed by the supervisor
