📋 Description

• Provide individual, group, or family psychotherapy • Collaborate with Emily Program clinicians in a multidisciplinary setting • Oversee a caseload and deliver individual and family therapy according to treatment plans • Co-facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions • Create, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans • Apply evidence-based therapeutic modalities • Provide guidance and coaching during individual client and family meals when clinically indicated • Facilitate and lead treatment team meetings • Perform comprehensive intake evaluations • Carry out other assigned tasks • Support CARE IOP programming focused on binge eating

🎯 Requirements

• Current Associate or Independent licensure required in Minnesota • Master’s degree in a behavioral sciences field required • Individual, family, or group psychotherapy experience required • Valid driver’s license and authorization to drive
