📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting • Design personalized treatment plans for each patient • Work independently as part of a collaborative care team • Manage documentation using the streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools • Participate in regular paid case consultations • Set availability and build a caseload with matched patients • Coordinate with Clinical Quality Leads, provider support staff, Care Navigators, and Healthcare Advocates • Provide care for patients navigating grief, loss, isolation, and difficult life transitions

🎯 Requirements

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent • Licensed in Florida • Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy • Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records • Medicare billing experience a plus • Ability to provide at least 15 weekly sessions • For W2 opportunity: availability for at least 25 hours per week • 1099 classification requires working on a fee-for-service basis
