📋 Description

• Communicate complex analytical solutions, data relationships and results and their business impacts to multiple business partners and stakeholders, through superior data visualization and storytelling skills • Leverage, integrate, and normalize disparate data sources including enterprise systems, internal and third-party applications, and customer data • Partner with cross-functional, operational teams to develop quantitative models and analyze business hypotheses, informing data driven decisions to optimize and increase productivity and revenue • Ensure consistency and cleanliness of the data and analytics code base to maintain a highly-performant, stable environment for our customers • Drive business decisions by providing data analysis and reporting of patterns, insights, and trends to decision-makers • Use analytics and metrics to show key performance indicators, improve processes and provide data-driven forecasts • Develop and maintain consultative relationships with key stakeholders to effectively drive aligned business results • Foster strong cross-functional relationships in order to effectively synthesize organizational needs and translate into a cohesive data strategy • Integrate cross-functional, cross-market and cross-category analytical insights into strategic thought leadership and actionable recommendations to influence business decisions; Ensure insights are co-owned and advanced within the organization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline – math, statistics, data and analytics preferred or equivalent experience • 6+ years of experience in data and analytics, business intelligence, predictive analytics, or related consultative role
