📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day security operational availability, supportability, and sustainability of a 24x7x365 infrastructure • Make recommendations on enhancements to security hardware, software, and related tools • Assist with evaluating, planning, configuring, and implementing security applications and tools • Perform risk analysis for corporate functional and technical areas relevant to data security • Configure, implement, monitor, and support security systems including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, DLP, log management/correlation, EDR/XDR, web content filtering, email security, identity and access management, and vulnerability management • Identify and integrate security best practices into network and system designs, configurations, and implementations • Recommend changes or supplements to data security policies and procedures and partner with business units on enhancements • Facilitate penetration testing and audit participation • Create and maintain data security documentation, policies, and procedures • Recommend and enforce technical service level standards and procedures for data security • Establish alternative security measures supporting business continuity while protecting company assets • Identify, respond to, investigate, and remediate potential data security breaches and issues • Monitor, detect, investigate, and respond to incidents in AI environments, including security MCP server integrations and data loss prevention within AI prompts and model interactions • Execute user awareness, compliance monitoring, and security compliance programs • Maintain information security devices and software and resolve security policy issues • Manage relationships with third-party providers of security monitoring and tools • Provide off-hours support for information security issues • Track data security issues to closure by partnering with business units, communicating solutions, and verifying remediation • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required • Security certification such as CISSP, CCSE, AWS, or GIAC certifications • 6+ years of information security experience including project management and security concepts for technology systems • Deep knowledge of network security, including Check Point firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and encryption • Experience with AWS cloud security and cloud-native security tools • Strong analytical, prioritization, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team • Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting
