📋 Description

• Lead on-site styling, installation, and final layouts for residential projects • Style furniture, artwork, accessories, textiles, and décor according to approved designs • Direct installation teams on placement and adjustments • Make design decisions when site conditions require changes • Ensure completed spaces are cohesive, polished, and client-ready • Conduct client walkthroughs and present completed spaces • Communicate styling decisions and design intent • Gather and respond to client feedback • Inspect completed spaces for quality, accuracy, and completeness • Identify missing, damaged, or incorrect items • Develop creative solutions through substitutions and layout adjustments • Partner with Warehouse and Procurement teams to resolve outstanding items • Partner with Designers and Design Production to understand plans and project goals • Collaborate with Installation Leads and Drivers to maintain an efficient installation process • Communicate timelines, risks, and site conditions to Project Managers • Complete post-installation reports, photos, punch lists, and required documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in interior styling, residential design, model home staging, visual merchandising, or a related field • Experience bringing design concepts to life through final installation • Strong eye for design, composition, proportion, and detail • Comfortable working directly with clients and installation teams • Ability to make confident design decisions and solve problems on-site • Ability to read design plans, elevations, and furniture layouts • Enjoys hands-on work and working in different environments • Comfortable with frequent Monday–Friday travel • Valid driver’s license • 4 Year Degree
