• Present and convey information from NexRep’s clients to independent contractors in a live virtual environment • Co-facilitate certification groups • Complete daily roll-ups to Operations on class progress • Collaborate with campaign managers to keep client policies and procedures up to date • Create and update certification content • Gather contractor feedback to identify trends • Host refreshers on client policies, products, and procedures • Implement and evaluate certification techniques • Meet one-on-one with contractors who are behind on certification content • Support new contractors during their first 1–2 weeks of service after certification
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Office 365, Excel, and PowerPoint • Organized and careful about time management • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • Own laptop or desktop computer equipped with an HD webcam • Fast and stable internet connection • Headset fitted with a microphone • Technological proficiency • Must be available nights and weekends as needed • Must maintain a professional, well-lit, distraction-free work environment • Evening, weekend, and holiday hours may be required • Must travel to NexRep headquarters at least twice per year and to clients’ locations for business meetings as needed
