📋 Description

• Drive operational transformation across North American manufacturing sites through tactical and strategic Continuous Improvement projects • Lead Lean Six Sigma projects delivering significant value and operational transformation • Identify gaps, develop improvement plans, and execute solutions for manufacturing processes, organizational capability, and high-performance culture • Develop and deploy Enterprise standards within Kimberly-Clark’s Power Up pillars across North American manufacturing sites • Collaborate with plant CI managers on change management, training, implementation, coaching, and assessments • Deploy operational excellence and LEAN fundamentals, including OEE transformation, safety, quality, and efficiency improvements • Serve as a subject matter expert on LEAN manufacturing and build capability across the North American manufacturing organization • Monitor mill-operation KPIs and develop visual management tools, tiered scorecards, and Leader Standard Work • Improve yield, reduce waste, improve quality, and enhance productivity using Six Sigma and LEAN methods • Identify and drive technology improvement solutions with the digital capabilities team • Build people and process capability to sustain the Power Up Enterprise Operating System • Facilitate workshops supporting Power Up deployment • Mentor business unit leaders and Lean Six Sigma candidates • Educate employees at all organizational levels on Lean tools, processes, and thinking • Drive standardization, simplification, breakthrough thinking, and Culture of Accountability practices • Facilitate knowledge and best-practice sharing across facilities and functions • Drive stakeholder management through organizational forums and methods

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge and experience typically associated with a bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in supply chain, engineering or related • 10+ years of related experience • Possess or be working towards LSS Black Belt certification • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a high-speed industrial manufacturing environment/plant experience is preferred • Direct or indirect manufacturing/operations, supply chain and/or finance experience • Knowledge of organizational structure • Significant experience in Engineering, Operations, Lean Manufacturing, and Reliability • Familiarity with Lean, CI, OPEX, LSS tools and theory • Ability to organize and lead multi-functional teams • Interpersonal and communication skills to motivate, empower, train, and coach diverse team members • Experience developing vision and strategy • Problem-solving mindset and strong project management skills • Proficiency with MS Suite is highly desired • Experience in multiple mills, product systems and staff experience is highly desired • Leadership of exempt and non-exempt workforces is highly desired • Strong understanding of Adult Learning processes, Lean, CI and LSS thinking, systems and tools is highly desired • Experience in change management in large, complex organizations • Coaching and mentoring experience at all levels • Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment • Ability to support 24/7 operations, including variable hours and some shift work • Willingness to travel approximately 50%, potentially more, including possible international travel
