• Prepare customers for and complete validation studies on Chemistry and Immunoassay instrumentation • Perform instrument setup, calibration, precision studies, and method comparisons • Provide onsite and remote phone support for assay- and QC-related customer questions • Provide onsite training for proper operation of instrumentation • Collaborate with customer Key Operators during validation to reinforce training and ensure readiness • Address operational and performance questions according to specifications and regulatory standards • Partner with Tech Support, Field Service, Sales, and Customer Training teams
• Associate's degree with a minimum combined experience of 3+ years in laboratory/diagnostic instrumentation or another related field • Advanced understanding of the diagnostics or healthcare industry, with heavy emphasis on the laboratory regulatory environment • Up to 95% flying and/or driving travel, including overnight stays • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record • Ability to lift, move, slide, raise, or place up to 50 lbs. • Ability to stand, walk for prolonged periods, sit, squat, kneel, ascend and descend stairs, and reach with hands and arms • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree • Preferred: Medical Laboratory Science • Preferred: Standard Laboratory Management Practices, including Quality Control, record keeping, and regulatory requirements (CAP, CLIA, COLA)
