📋 Description

• Provide standard and custom reporting, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and systems support • Drive sales effectiveness, operational efficiency, and business insights • Participate in planning and execution of initiatives impacting multiple lines of business within Empower • Execute the day-to-day flow of requests from all areas of the business • Manage data governance to ensure system integrity and accuracy • Create and modify sales-team reporting and dashboards • Provide analytical and ad hoc reporting to sales and business leadership • Liaise between sales stakeholders and systems development, product development, marketing, and training organizations • Build and manage models analyzing pipeline, forecasting, and overall sales productivity • Identify industry and technology practices that improve processes and solve business problems • Conduct cohort, funnel, data, and user segmentation analyses • Contribute to sales and financial KPIs, CBDs, and trend reporting • Coordinate operational needs for special initiatives and new-hire onboarding • Support sales and business teams in building business cases • Partner with management and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance systems, reporting, and data integrity

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years of financial or sales analysis experience in sales operations or finance • 3-5 years of SFA and CRM administration or business systems analyst experience • 2-3 years of experience with Salesforce.com • Knowledge or experience with SQL, Java, SAS, Hadoop, and APEX • Understanding of data warehouses, business intelligence, and data tools and technologies • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, solve problems, and produce results • Strong quantitative and analytical aptitude • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Self-starter who can work independently and follow through when working with colleagues • Ability to collaborate and work on cross-functional teams, especially with Sales, IT, and Finance • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable, including CPT/OPT • Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection and an adequately equipped home workspace for remote work
