📋 Description

• Shape experimentation strategy and lead high-impact analytical initiatives supporting business and growth objectives • Independently design and conduct experiments using A/B testing and related methodologies • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify drivers of customer behavior and performance • Analyze Empower data to identify and summarize customer behavior patterns and sentiment trends • Apply advanced statistical techniques to test hypotheses and measure impact • Develop analytical requirements for segmentation, prioritization, and targeting approaches • Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations • Communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support business objectives • Contribute to improvements in experimentation practices and tools

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline • 4+ years of experience in analytics, experimentation, or optimization • Strong proficiency in statistical software and programming languages • Experience supporting business decisions with data-driven insights • Ability to work independently on moderately complex problems • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship, including CPT/OPT, is unavailable • Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection and a suitable home workspace • Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline preferred
