📋 Description

• Lead complex, high-profile Consumer-Directed Health implementations for large and strategically important employer clients • Maintain accountability for implementation strategy, client outcomes, risks, key decisions, and successful delivery • Advise clients, consultants, brokers, and business partners on CDH plan design, implementation requirements, operational considerations, and solution capabilities • Translate client requirements and benefit plan designs into strategies covering system configuration, eligibility, contributions, funding, data integration, testing, and administration • Lead CDH implementation across multi-product Workplace Solutions engagements • Identify dependencies, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, and influence stakeholder decisions • Manage implementation risks, complex design challenges, and nonstandard client requirements • Lead implementation readiness, user acceptance testing, launch, post-implementation stabilization, and transition to ongoing client service operations • Serve as an organizational subject-matter expert on CDH implementation strategy, best practices, and operational readiness • Guide and educate implementation, operations, product, sales, and relationship-management teams • Recommend improvements to implementation processes, tools, standards, and methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience • Six or more years of experience in Consumer-Directed Health (CDH), employee benefits, client implementation, benefits administration, financial services, healthcare benefits, or a related field • Demonstrated experience implementing Consumer-Directed Health solutions, including HSAs, FSAs, HRAs, commuter benefits, lifestyle accounts, or comparable employer-sponsored benefit programs • Experience leading complex, multi-workstream implementations for large or sophisticated employer clients • Strong knowledge of CDH plan design, eligibility, contributions, funding, benefits administration, data integrations, and operational requirements • Ability to translate complex client requirements into implementation strategies and coordinate technical and operational stakeholders • Experience consulting on complex or nonstandard implementation requirements, managing risks, resolving issues, and influencing decisions across multiple stakeholders • Strong client-facing communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and relationship-management skills • Ability to communicate complex CDH concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences • Experience serving as a subject-matter expert, developing implementation best practices, and guiding cross-functional teams • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship, including CPT/OPT, is unavailable • Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection and an adequately equipped home workspace
