• Answer incoming telephone inquiries regarding retirement plans from participants, employers, and third-party plan specialists • Process financial transactions upon request of callers • Explain past returns in comparison to economic environment; convey information in accordance with FINRA / SEC guidelines • Assist participants through navigation of the automated voice response system and website for financial transactions • Run disbursement quotes and respond to managerial feedback
• Associate degree in business or related field preferred • With no degree, an additional one to two years directly related experience is required • 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a financial service-related field • FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 required • FINRA fingerprinting required • Required Minimum Internet Specifications: Minimum service level of 50Mbps download and 10Mbps upload to ensure the best voice quality.
