• Deliver on-site and virtual education and enrollment presentations to new and existing defined contribution 401(k)/(a), 403(b), and/or Government 457 plan participants • Develop and facilitate communication and education strategies through one-on-one virtual and on-site group meetings • Use various technologies in a professional manner • Drive participants to take measurable actions, including plan enrollment, deferral increases, and rollovers from previous plans • Achieve business results and facilitate impactful conversations while meeting service level agreements • Complete reporting requirements within required timeframes, including logging meetings, attendees and outcomes • Build relationships with key contacts, plan sponsor representatives and internal stakeholders • Manage meeting schedules, including travel booking • Provide feedback to local relationship managers on communication materials and strategies • Assist in identifying communication alternatives • Attend client meetings with other service team members • Participate in final presentations for new prospects when required by territory demands
• Must reside in Philadelphia or close proximity • Must speak fluent Spanish • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience considered in lieu of a degree • 2–4 years relevant financial services experience • Strong presentation skills • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams • Strong relationship building and territory management skills • FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 registrations within established timelines required • FINRA fingerprinting required • Working knowledge of Salesforce preferred • Ability to calculate figures such as interest, proportions, percentages, and fractions • Ability to work independently • Practical experience providing high-level, consultative client interactions preferred • Basic knowledge of defined contribution plans preferred • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable, including CPT/OPT • Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection and a suitable home workspace required for remote work • Reliable fiber, cable or DSL internet connection required
