• Develop and facilitate communication and education strategies through virtual and on-site group meetings • Deliver education and enrollment presentations to new and existing defined contribution plan participants • Drive plan enrollment, deferral increases, and rollovers from previous plans • Achieve business results and facilitate impactful conversations while meeting service level agreements • Complete reporting requirements, including logging meetings, attendees, and outcomes in appropriate systems • Build relationships with key contacts, plan sponsor representatives, and internal stakeholders • Manage meeting schedules, including travel booking • Provide feedback to local relationship managers on communication materials and strategies • Assist in identifying alternative communication approaches • Attend client meetings with other service team members • Participate in final presentations for new prospects when required by territory demands
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience considered in lieu of a degree • 2–4 years of relevant financial services experience • Bilingual Spanish skills required • Strong presentation skills required • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams required • Strong relationship-building and territory-management skills • Overnight travel required; overall travel of 50–60% • FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 registrations within established timelines required • FINRA fingerprinting required • Ability to calculate interest, proportions, percentages, and fractions • Ability to work independently • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; no employment visa sponsorship available • Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection and a suitable home workspace required for remote work
