📋 Description
• Conduct research regarding college admissions and high school extracurricular opportunities • Present personalized findings clearly and comprehensively to each family • Analyze data from varied sources to compile thoughtful advice for high school families • Collaborate with the Research Manager, Empowerly families, and counselors to deliver thorough findings • Update collective team spreadsheets for a collaborative, current resource
🎯 Requirements
• Familiarity with the U.S. education and college admissions system • Excellent command of the English language • Capable of working independently in a virtual environment, including the ability to self-supervise quality and routine 72 hour deadlines • Willingness to take adequate time (~0.5 - 2.0 hours) to research each family’s request and think adaptively when necessary • Strong command of G-Suite, or willingness to be taught G-Suite • Willingness to be responsive via email and Slack
