📋 Description

• Support the development and execution of the PMO’s strategic priorities, roadmap, operational goals, and continuous improvement initiatives • Lead enterprise-level capacity planning and resource tracking • Co-lead development and refinement of PMO governance frameworks, project management standards, templates, and reporting practices • Ensure major initiatives align with corporate strategy, compliance requirements, and executive priorities • Lead large-scale, complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through completion • Develop and maintain project plans covering scope, schedules, milestones, dependencies, resources, and deliverables • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues • Manage changes to project scope, timelines, and budgets • Coordinate testing and validation activities, including quality assurance, regression testing, and user acceptance testing • Lead organizational change management, including communication, training, and stakeholder readiness strategies • Establish and monitor project success measures, operational efficiencies, financial impacts, and business benefits • Partner with business leaders on adoption strategies and monitor adoption metrics • Act as liaison to executive sponsors, business leaders, external clients, and third-party vendors • Prepare and present executive-level project updates, dashboards, and steering committee presentations • Mentor and coach less experienced project managers • Delegate and oversee project workstreams • Support the PMO Director with PMO operations, strategic initiatives, and project delivery priorities • Maintain knowledge of project management methodologies, industry best practices, and emerging tools • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Management, Operations Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Six to eight (6-8) years of progressively responsible project management experience, including leading complex, cross-functional initiatives • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience managing project scope, schedules, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations • Experience supporting project governance, resource planning, and continuous improvement initiatives • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills • Ability to influence stakeholders and navigate competing priorities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience preparing project documentation, executive presentations, and status reports • Proficiency in English for job-related communication • Experience mentoring or coaching project managers or other project team members preferred • Proficiency with Jira, Monday.com, or similar project management platforms preferred • PMP or comparable Agile project management certification preferred • Reliable internet connection for hybrid/remote work • Ability to travel occasionally to attend required company meetings • Must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future • This role does not offer current or future visa sponsorship
