📋 Description

• Lead and direct planning and execution of high-priority projects • Set strategic goals, define project scope, and align projects with organizational objectives and customer needs • Assess project proposals for feasibility, resource requirements, and potential risks • Make strategic decisions on project prioritization and resource allocation • Develop and implement advanced project management processes and tools • Monitor and control project budgets, timelines, and quality metrics • Confer with senior management and stakeholders to provide updates and forecast project needs • Coach and mentor project team members • Establish governance frameworks for industry standards, contractual obligations, and quality assurance • Identify and mitigate project risks • Regulate project reporting and performance analysis • Monitor and manage private investigations licensing actions

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree required • 5–7 years of experience required; 8–11 years preferred • Preferred certifications: active and current Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), Certified Professional in Healthcare Management (CPHM), Certified Case Manager (CCM), Registered Nurse (RN), Certified Professional Coder (CPC), and/or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) • Knowledge of state-specific requirements and individual investigator licensing requirements • Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screens
