📋 Description

• Lead and manage retail banking construction projects from start to finish • Oversee project budgeting, scheduling, and contract management • Drive construction execution through successful completion • Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders • Facilitate conflict resolution and account management • Utilize advanced project management technology tools to drive efficiency • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish work quality standards, cultural initiatives, and best practices • Deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • Contribute to an innovative, inclusive, and supportive team environment

🎯 Requirements

• Five or more (5+) years of professional experience in project management or construction management • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and vendor oversight • Demonstrated proficiency in using and applying modern project management technology tools and software • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization and with external clients • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to act decisively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
