📋 Description

• Oversee and drive process integration for clients into the product suite. • Manage activities associated with new client implementations and internal initiatives. • Plan, execute and coordinate the activities for on-boarding clients into the service suite. • Manage the timeline, deliverables, client expectations, communicate regularly, and elevate critical issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree preferred. • 4+ years’ experience with implementation and/or technical project management in a healthcare setting. • PMP Certification is preferred. • Prior experience in physician office setting including knowledge of physician office workflow and processes a plus. • Extensive familiarity with payer or provider based healthcare data sets required. • Experience with project management tools required. • Technical proficiency with project portfolio management tools, support ticketing software, Apple technology and cloud-based document sharing systems. • Knowledge about extended medical terminology required. • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. • Must have strong computer proficiency and understand how to use basic office applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). • Regular and predictable attendance. • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
