📋 Description

• Design and develop complex instructional materials and resources using varied learning methods, including blended learning, eLearning, and microlearning • Facilitate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and learning labs for diverse audiences • Apply instructional design, training evaluation, and project management practices • Assist the Training Program Manager with training projects from conception to completion • Ensure efficient training delivery and alignment with organizational learning goals • Conduct needs assessment, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, communication, and post-training evaluation for end-to-end training programs • Mentor others and help advance organizational learning effectiveness • Participate in a 15-minute demo/facilitation when requested • Attend internal and external meetings via video calls as necessary

🎯 Requirements

• Training experience required • Ability to perform both instructional design work and deliver training • Bachelor’s Degree, or related progressively responsible work experience substituted year-for-year in lieu of the degree • Demonstrated expertise with instructional design models such as ADDIE, SAM, and Agile Learning • Experience applying learning evaluation methods, including surveys, assessments, and performance metrics • Strong portfolio of learning materials created with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia, or similar • Previous experience mentoring or coaching trainers or learning professionals preferred • Advanced facilitation and presentation skills • Strong analytical skills to assess learner needs, evaluate outcomes, and recommend improvements • Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills • Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) administration and reporting • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality learning solutions on time • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end training programs • Ability to work onsite at corporate or client offices as necessary • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required for positions requiring business travel and/or event attendance
