📋 Description

• Analyze and improve business processes and workflows • Develop documentation and recommendations for operational efficiency • Support the transition of the program into a DoD Program of Record • Align program objectives with DoD acquisition frameworks • Support process improvements and workflow optimizations across EDA program operations • Develop requirements traceability matrices and capability development documentation • Coordinate with stakeholders and develop documentation • Support program transitions and governance alignment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Systems Engineering, or a related field, or a minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in business process engineering • Experience with process improvement methodologies and workflow optimization • Experience developing requirements traceability matrices and capability development documentation • Experience aligning program objectives with DoD acquisition frameworks • Experience supporting DoD Program of Record transitions • Experience with stakeholder coordination and documentation development • Working knowledge of DoD acquisition frameworks and JCIDS processes • Proficiency in developing requirements traceability matrices and capability documentation • Strong analytical and documentation skills • Ability to support program transitions and governance alignment • No clearance required for off-site duty location, or ability to obtain and maintain the required clearance as specified by the program • Lean Six Certification, PMP, KM Certification, and CBAP are preferred but not required
