📋 Description

• Own the multi-year product strategy for Engageware’s Enterprise Appointment Scheduling suite • Define and communicate a compelling product vision to customers and executive leadership • Make hard prioritization calls with incomplete information • Serve as the internal and external voice of the product • Own the AI roadmap for appointment scheduling • Partner with engineering and data science to evaluate feasibility • Engage directly with enterprise customers • Lead structured product validation • Develop and maintain deep expertise in the enterprise appointment ecosystem • Partner with engineering leadership to shape technical direction • Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release management • Define KPIs and success criteria for major investments

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in B2B SaaS product management • At least 3 years owning a product line or platform end-to-end • Demonstrated experience building products for enterprise customers in regulated industries • Proven track record of defining and executing a multi-year product strategy • Strong product discovery and validation skills • Experience bringing AI/ML-powered features to market • Executive-level communication skills • Experience driving engineering teams across complex initiatives • Based in the United States, with willingness to travel ~15–20%
