📋 Description

• Travel to customer facilities to lead, manage, and provide hands-on work involving disassembly, repair, and assembly of mechanical and/or forging presses • Ensure teams work safely and wear required PPE • Lead, manage, and supervise customer and Enprotech employees during maintenance and press repair activities • Act as customer site liaison for daily activities and planning • Assemble, repair, and rebuild manufacturing equipment according to standard operating procedures and customer specifications • Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of material, and written procedures • Disassemble and reassemble metal forming presses, including rigging, fitting, scraping, grinding, and adjustment • Install lubrication blocks, lines, pneumatics, hydraulics, and general plumbing • Troubleshoot hydraulic lubrication systems and determine repairs • Align machines and equipment using hoists, jacks, hand tools, squares, rules, micrometers, and plumb bobs • Prepare and use hand tools, hydraulic torque wrenches, magnetic drills, and hydraulic jacks • Verify parts are prepared, deburred, and defect-free before assembly • Perform quality checks using process inspection tools and devices • Operate small lathes and mills to polish small parts and make keys • Operate cranes, forklifts, and other rigging equipment

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Ability to troubleshoot machines to diagnose problems • Knowledge of basic electrical codes, including pulling wire, electrical components, switches, high voltage, and control centers • Ability to read and interpret schematics, plans, and operating manuals • Ability to fit fluid lines and pipes • Ability to assemble and disassemble parts and systems • Ability to figure out problems associated with production operations • Must be able to verbally communicate with team members, supervisors, and Engineers • Must be able to work in confined spaces • Must be able to work with solvents, oils, and grease • Up to 100% travel
