• Support the Director, Revenue Cycle in the selection, direction and development of the billing department team members • Assist team members with problematic bills and questions regarding billing processes and best practices • Responsible for direct oversight of a team of associates and supervisors with all decision-making regarding hiring, onboarding, training and performance management • Reports on Key Performance Indicators for the department and will be held to the standards identified as benchmarks and best practices for each client • Manage the daily workflow of the department, monitor progress to identify trending issues and develop training or processes to address these issues
• 3 to 5 Years Preferred Experience • Seeking experience in EMR and Clearinghouse systems • Seeking experience in Physician Revenue Cycle • Ability to occasionally travel if needed for client assessment or at the elbow support
