📋 Description

• Support the Director, Revenue Cycle in the selection, direction and development of the billing department team members • Report to the Director, Revenue Cycle • Assist team members with problematic bills and questions regarding billing processes and best practices • Responsible for direct oversight of a team of associates and supervisors • All decision-making regarding hiring, onboarding, training and performance management • Manage the daily workflow of the department, monitor progress to identify trending issues and develop training or processes to address these issues • Hold huddles to efficiently cover new or evolving training focuses to encourage and develop team members • Overseeing progress and monitoring of worked accounts for quality assurance and productivity measures • Assists in strategic planning and performs ongoing process improvement evaluation • Reviews, updates and implements policies and procedures to support the vision and goals

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 Years Preferred • Seeking experience in EMR and Clearinghouse systems • Seeking experience in Physician Revenue Cycle • Ability to occasionally travel if needed for client assessment or at the elbow support
