📋 Description

• responsible for day-to-day client operations and planning, development, and implementation of policies, objectives, and initiatives for acute or physician revenue cycle activities • form and nurture relationships with clients • influence and direct operations, and ensure results are consistently delivered • communicate organizational values and positive leadership to all associates • monitor bad debt and process improvements in key areas • identify gaps in client support or performance and propose solutions to drive improvement • participate and lead program-level meetings with stakeholders • act as a revenue cycle expert, ensuring prompt communication of changes related to payer policies, contracting, regulatory updates, and compliance requirements • facilitate monthly client meetings to review operations performance, strategic initiatives, partnership opportunities, and escalated support needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience • Minimum 3 - 5 years experience leading healthcare revenue cycle in complex, client‑facing environments • Proven ability to build relationships and organization alignment, influence decisions, engage on-site operational teams and drive results • Minimum 3 - 5 years of people leadership experience • Proven ability to lead and influence multi‑level teams in onsite and matrixed environments • Executive‑level communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly • Experience partnering directly with client executives and Boards • Ability to lead initiatives with minimal oversight • Demonstrated advanced usage of AI and the management of teams using AI to lean in to process and technological improvements • Ability to travel at least 75% of the time
