• Responsible for day-to-day client operations and policies for revenue cycle activities • Form relationships with clients, influence operations and ensure results • Communicate organizational values and lead associates • Monitor bad debt, process improvements and client performance • Identify gaps in client support and propose solutions • Lead program-level meetings and collaborate with leadership • Act as a revenue cycle expert and ensure prompt communication • Facilitate monthly client meetings to review performance and initiatives
• 3 to 5 years of people leadership experience • Demonstrated advanced usage of AI to manage teams • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience in Business or related field. • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) • One Certification Per Field (CRCR or other job relevant certification) • Ability to travel at least 75% of the time • Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence and ability to coach others
