📋 Description

• Deliver information, forecasts, analytics, and insights related to Client-reported Net Patient Revenue, NPR Lift initiatives, cash collections, and Ensemble full outsource collections revenue • Monitor, forecast, report, and validate client NPR performance and NPR Lift measures • Support multiple Finance Leaders • Analyze patient volumes, patient statusing, service line utilization, acuity, and payor mix trends • Perform rate-versus-volume analysis on reported revenue changes • Present observations to internal and external stakeholders • Evaluate NPSR and Net AR results, trends, and variances • Understand client reserve methodologies and associated challenges • Support monthly client close calls • Fulfill analytics and data requests for decision-making and performance-risk mitigation • Maintain NPR Lift reporting tools and help develop improved NPR Lift capture methods • Document changes to reporting, processes, and procedures and maintain consistency • Analyze operational metrics affecting monthly cash collections • Collaborate with operational teams to understand projected cash trends • Forecast cash collections and communicate projections to stakeholders • Collaborate with accounting on client adjustments • Analyze monthly revenue results and communicate variances to expectations • Complete assigned activities on time and within scope • Verify the accuracy of reported information • Evaluate processes and tools and propose efficiency improvements • Maintain HIPAA and patient confidentiality compliance • Gather records, reports, data, and correspondence for leadership reporting • Provide ad hoc reporting • Establish and maintain interdepartmental relationships

🎯 Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of previous job experience • 10 or more years of leadership experience • Excellent interpersonal, time-management, organizational, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Ability to perform computations accurately and quickly and identify and compute ratios and percentages • Strong data skills, including relational database management • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel • Financial or accounting experience in healthcare • Knowledge of revenue cycle structure • Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Access, Business Objects, and SQL programming • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting preferred, or equivalent experience • HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certification required within 9 months of hire • Ability to maintain HIPAA and patient confidentiality training • Ability to work at a high level under tight deadlines • Authorized to work in the United States is not explicitly stated
