📋 Description

• Serve as the primary clinical resource for health information management and revenue cycle teams • Ensure accurate documentation, coding compliance, and optimal reimbursement • Provide guidance on clinical documentation improvement, utilization review, and regulatory compliance • Foster collaboration between physicians and operational teams • Develop strategies to enhance documentation quality, reduce denials, and support revenue integrity goals • Lead physician engagement initiatives • Advise on complex cases • Drive process improvements aligned with best practices and compliance standards

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside and be authorized to work within the United States • Applications generated from outside the United States will not be considered • Knowledge of health information management and revenue cycle operations • Clinical documentation improvement (CDI) knowledge • Utilization review knowledge • Regulatory compliance knowledge • Documentation, coding compliance, and reimbursement expertise • Physician engagement and complex case advisory experience
