📋 Description

• Review medical records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and appropriate billing within the revenue cycle • Support financial integrity by validating clinical documentation against coding and reimbursement guidelines • Review patient charts and medical records for accuracy and completeness • Validate clinical documentation against coding and billing requirements • Identify discrepancies in medical necessity, documentation, or coding • Prepare audit findings and communicate results to providers and revenue cycle staff • Collaborate with clinical and billing teams to resolve identified issues • Ensure compliance with payer requirements and regulatory standards
