📋 Description

• Implement the technology strategy for Ensemble software delivery teams • Develop reusable software components, patterns, and tooling • Design, develop, test, deploy, monitor, maintain, and continuously improve software • Translate product concepts into project commitments that deliver incremental customer value frequently and with high quality • Mentor the software engineering team through code reviews and hands-on design sessions • Influence engineering behaviors through code reviews and hands-on design sessions • Contribute to long-term strategic goals

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of coding experience • Coding experience with JavaScript or .NET Core • Willingness and ability to learn new programming languages • Understanding of engineering fundamentals, including testing automation, code reviews, telemetry, iterative delivery, and DevOps • Experience with at least three of: continuous integration and continuous delivery tools, REST API development, serverless architecture, containerization, infrastructure as code, public cloud, application observability, and messaging/stream architecture • Experience delivering applications using componentized and distributed architectures • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical, globally distributed audiences • Understanding of formal architecture, design patterns, and best practices • Inquisitiveness and openness to innovation, including AI • Ability and willingness to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require
