📋 Description

• Own execution of technical workstreams and deliver projects on time, within scope, and aligned to business priorities • Provide direction and decision-making support across projects to meet performance, quality, and reliability requirements • Drive risk identification, mitigation, and resolution across development and execution phases • Strengthen sampling and new product development execution to reduce cycle time and improve technical readiness • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical Program Managers • Partner with Product Management, Engineering, R&D, and Operations to align technical deliverables with schedules and milestones • Track and report progress, risks, and KPIs to stakeholders and leadership • Drive standardization of product development processes, tools, and best practices • Participate in customer discussions to clarify requirements and ensure alignment • Identify process gaps and implement improvements for efficiency, quality, and scalability • Promote data-driven decision-making and structured problem-solving • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality systems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Materials Science, or related discipline required • 5+ years of experience in a technical, engineering, or product development environment • 3+ years of advanced deposition and/or new product development program management experience for semiconductor fabrication preferred • Expert knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes required • Technical fluency in Advanced Deposition chemistry, engineering, and manufacturing required • Direct experience with technical projects and strong understanding of engineering workflows, development lifecycles, or manufacturing processes • Ability to build and maintain productive cross-functional relationships • Strong project management skills, including risk assessment and mitigation, conflict management, meeting management, task management, stakeholder management, and project closure • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to present to all organizational levels • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, estimated 10–25% • Must not require Entegris immigration-related sponsorship now or in the future
