📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional programs spanning engineering, product, and operations from kickoff through launch • Turn ambiguous initiatives into concrete plans with milestones, owners, dependencies, and risks, and keep plans current as circumstances change • Run program communication, including status updates, early risk escalation, and decision logs for leadership • Coordinate launches involving personal health data and ensure privacy, security, and compliance reviews are scheduled and completed before release • Manage timelines with external partners including labs, pharmacies, wearables, and payments providers • Improve intake, prioritization, and release coordination without adding bureaucracy • Deliver programs involving telehealth, prescription products, biomarker and wearable platforms, and integrations with labs, pharmacies, and commerce systems

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years as a Technical Program Manager or similar at a software or hardware product company • Engineering background such as a CS/EE (or similar) degree or prior hands-on engineering role • Ability to follow architecture discussions and pressure-test estimates • Track record of running multi-team programs end to end, including at least one detailed kickoff-to-launch example • Excellent written communication • Experience in health, medical, or another regulated domain preferred • PMI-ACP/PMP or equivalent formal program management training preferred • Experience applying big-company program rigor preferred • Experience spanning hardware and software preferred • Startup experience preferred
