📋 Description

• Partner with security engineering teams to drive high-priority Security Product Line initiatives from planning through delivery • Serve as an embedded technical program manager for complex, strategic security engineering initiatives • Drive end-to-end delivery of security programs spanning detection and response, identity and access, infrastructure security, and application security • Define roadmaps, sequence work, and manage dependencies with engineering leads and product managers • Navigate ambiguity, escalate appropriately, and remove blockers • Build scalable operating rhythms, frameworks, processes, reporting cadences, and tooling for the security organization • Own portfolio-level KPIs and connect program delivery to customer, reliability, and business outcomes • Support SOX compliance for Usage-Based Billing features across Engineering, Finance, and Security • Coordinate SOX compliance work and implementation of SOX-compliant technical controls • Build a repeatable playbook for evaluating and bringing new Usage-Based Billing features into SOX compliance • Use AI tools to accelerate planning, documentation, risk analysis, and stakeholder communications • Identify AI opportunities in security engineering program execution and translate them into strategy and investment priorities • Share methodologies, workflows, and strategies that improve TPM team performance

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of technical program management experience • Significant experience embedded with security or software engineering teams in a SaaS or cloud environment • Deep technical fluency sufficient to earn credibility with security engineers • Experience partnering with senior security engineering leaders on platform direction, technical standards, and execution guardrails • Hands-on experience leading security programs across detection and response, identity and access management, infrastructure security, and application security • Ability to build durable program structures, escalation paths, reporting cadences, and tooling • Familiarity with SOX, ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, or MITRE ATT&CK • Demonstrated daily use and fluency with AI tools for program management • Experience developing TPM methodologies, mentoring peers, and improving program quality • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Preferred: familiarity with SaaS architecture and AWS/GCP cloud infrastructure • Preferred: PMP, CISM, CISSP, or CISA certification • Preferred: experience with Usage-Based Billing or revenue recognition controls • Preferred: experience with Asana, GitHub, or similar tools • Preferred: experience integrating AI tools into security or engineering workflows
